Product Overview

Selected from fresh, high-grade squid, the products are processed through advanced Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology, which locks in the original flavor, nutrition and texture of squid to the greatest extent. Quality Assurance
• Raw Material Inspection: Each batch of raw materials is inspected for freshness, safety and quality, and only qualified raw materials are used for processing.
• Process Inspection: Arrange professional inspectors to supervise each link of production, and conduct real-time inspection of product specifications, temperature and hygiene.
• Finished Product Inspection: After the products are processed, conduct sampling inspection for moisture content, microorganisms, heavy metals and other indicators to ensure that they meet international standards.
Processing Flow
1. Raw Material Selection: Select fresh, healthy squid, remove the head, tail, internal organs and skin, and clean it thoroughly.
2. Cutting: Use automatic cutting equipment to cut the squid into rings of uniform size, and sort out unqualified products.
3. IQF Quick Freezing: Put the processed squid rings into the IQF quick-freezing machine, freeze at -40℃ for 15-20 minutes, and ensure that each squid ring is frozen individually.
4. Sorting & Inspection: Manually or mechanically sort the frozen squid rings, remove impurities and unqualified products, and conduct sampling inspection for quality and safety.
5. Packaging: Pack the qualified squid rings into PE food-grade plastic bags, vacuum seal them, and then put them into corrugated cartons, paste English labels and mark relevant information.
Storage & Shipping: Store the packaged products in a cold storage at -18℃ or below, and transport them by refrigerated containers to ensure the quality during
